对库尔勒新 43 泉动水位观测数据进行跟踪发现,2013 年 7 月,动水位出现较大幅度的上升波动变化,2019 年 1 月和 3 月,再次出现快速升—降异常变化.调查发现,传感器导水孔堵塞、地下泄流管半堵塞,导致泄流水回返测量系统,造成水位观测值不准确.为突出新 43 泉动水位地震地球物理异常的阶段性特征,分段选取 2011 年以来其动水位数据,采用小波分析方法进行异常识别.分析结果表明,中强地震多发生在异常结束后约 2-6 个月内,且异常幅度与震级大小存在相关性,具体表现为变化方向上的上升或下降,以及变化速率上的缓变或阶变,表明区域地震活动的时间和强度具有较好的一致性.该结果可为地震监测资料异常性质判定和动水位短临地震异常捕捉提供参考依据.

In response to the significant rise-and-fall changes in the water-level observation data for the Xin 43 spring in Korla in 2013,a series of investigations and studies were conducted.It was found that blockage of the sensor's water inlet hole and partial blockage of the underground discharge pipe result in the discharge water returning to the measurement system,causing inaccurate water-level observation values.To highlight the phased characteristics of anomalies in the Xin 43 spring water level before earthquakes,water level data since 2011 were selected segment by segment,and the wavelet analysis method was used to identify the anomalies of the spring water level.The analysis results show that moderate and strong earthquakes frequently occur about 2-6 months after the end of the anomaly,and the amplitude of the anomaly is related to the magnitude of the earthquake,which is reflected in the change direction and rate,proving that the time and intensity of the regional earthquake activity have good consistency.It provides a basis for assessing the anomalous nature of the earthquake-monitoring data and for capturing short-term water level anomalies.
