为探究不同投喂频率对鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)生长性能、生理指标及消化模型的影响,本研究设置连续投喂、2、4 和 6 次/d 四个投喂频率,在水温(25±1.0)℃的循环水系统中,选取初始体质量为(33.78±2.47)g 的健康鳜,养殖 60 d.结果显示,投喂频率显著影响鳜生长性能,4 次/d 投喂组表现最优,终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率及存活率最高,饲料系数最低;6 次/d 投喂组次之,连续投喂组最差.血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量均随摄食频率的增加而显著升高,连续投喂组最高,2 次/d 投喂组最低,但 4 次/d 和 6 次/d 投喂组间差异不显著.连续投喂组和 2 次/d 投喂组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)及谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSH)活性显著高于4次/d 和6 次/d 投喂组.消化模型研究发现,鳜胃排空及肠道填充-排空过程均符合一元三次函数,不同投喂频率对胃排空率及肠道转运模式无显著影响,在 25℃条件下,鳜饱食后需要(4.40±0.16)h 可将胃内食物消化50%左右,需要(8.52±0.33)h 可将胃内食物消化90%左右.食物在肠道的停留时间在(6.25±0.24)h.综合考虑鳜的生长性能、生理效应及消化模型,此规格下的鳜建议投喂 4~6次/d 为较适宜.

A 60-day feeding experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different feeding frequencies on the growth performance,physiological indices,and digestive models of Siniperca chuatsi,with an initial weight of(33.78±2.47)g.Fish were randomly assigned to four feeding frequencies:continuous feeding,2 times/day,4 times/day,and 6 times/day.The results showed that the 4 times/day feeding group exhibited the optimal performance,with the highest final body weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and sur-vival rate,and the lowest feed conversion ratio,followed by the 6 times/day feeding group,while the contin-uous feeding group performed the worst.The levels of blood glucose(Glu),triglycerides(TG),and total cho-lesterol(TC)increased significantly with increasing feeding frequency.Specifically,the continuous feeding group registered the highest levels of these parameters,whereas the 2 times/day feeding group displayed the lowest.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPx),and glutathione(GSH)in the continuous feeding group and the 2 times/day feeding group were significantly higher compared to the 4 times/day and 6 times/day feeding groups.A detailed investigation into the digestive model of Siniperca chuatsi revealed that both the gastric emptying and intestinal filling-emptying processes could be accurately de-scribed by cubic functions,with approximately(4.40±0.16)h to digest 50%of the food in the stomach after a full meal and about(8.52±0.33)h to digest 90%of the food.Furthermore,the retention time of food in the in-testine was approximately(6.25±0.24)h.Results of this study suggest that a feeding frequency of 4~6 times/day should be adopted for S.chuatsi of this size.
