波纹腹板屈曲后可替耗能梁段残余承载力研究OA
Study on the residual bearing capacity of replaceable energy-dissipation links after the buckling of corrugated webs
分离式设计的可替换耗能梁段平钢腹板的提前屈曲不利于腹板塑性变形能力的充分释放,焊接加劲肋后,热影响及残余应力的存在又会降低腹板的耗能性能.因此,本文将自带面外刚度的梯形波纹腹板引入可替换耗能梁段中,以缓解加劲肋焊接工艺对其耗能性能的不利影响.对4根波纹腹板耗能梁段进行单向加载下的试验研究,分析梁段的失效模式、荷载-位移曲线和腹板应力发展规律,给出了基于旋转应力场理论的梁段腹板临界屈曲剪应力计算公式和基于能量法的梁段残余承载力计算公式.结果表明:波纹腹板耗能梁段承载能力良好,最高达300.35 kN,残余承载力可达峰值荷载的53.25%,具备可替换性和一定安全储备能力;临界屈曲剪应力理论计算值和试验值的最大误差为5.02%,残余承载力试验值和理论值之间的最大误差不超过13.28%,验证了所给公式的适用性.
The premature buckling of the flat steel web in the separated replaceable links is not conducive to the plastic deformation capacity of the web,and the heat effects and the presence of residual stresses after weld-ing the stiffening ribs reduce the energy-consuming capacity of the web.Therefore,in this paper,the trapezoi-dal corrugated webs with out-of-plane stiffness are introduced into the replaceable links to alleviate the unfavor-able effects of the stiffening rib welding process on their energy-consuming performance.Four test specimens are loaded in a unidirectional direction to analyze the failure modes,load-displacement curves,and web stress development of the links,and the formulas for calculating the critical buckling shear stress of corrugated webs based on the rotating stress field theory and for calculating the residual bearing capacity of the links based on the energy method are given.The results show that the corrugated web links have a good bearing capacity of up to 300.35 kN.The residual bearing capacity reaches up to 53.25%of the peak load,demonstrating replace-ability and a certain safety reserve capacity.The maximum difference between the theoretically calculated value of the critical buckling shear stress and the test value is 5.02%,and the maximum difference between the test value of the residual bearing capacity and the theoretical value is not more than 13.28%,which verifies the applicability of the given formulas.
