传统高压直流输电受端采用电网换相换流器,交流电压跌落时关断角裕度降低,极易引发换相失败.可关断电流源换流器凭借其主动关断能力有效规避了换相失败风险.然而,在暂态工况下,可关断电流源换流器的全控器件关断后须借助避雷器导通以辅助换流过程,但避雷器导通会引入额外的强迫换相环节,对系统谐波特性产生影响.针对当前该类换流器理论解析研究不足的问题,开展了可关断电流源换流器谐波特性解析分析与滤波器应力评估研究.首先,分析了可控电网换相换流器在稳态与暂态工况下的开关时序差异及其对换流特性的影响.其次,推导了计及强迫换相角影响的换流器各阶段电压、电流解析表达式.再次,基于快速傅里叶变换理论,对交直流两侧的各次谐波分量进行了精确解析.最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建仿真模型,验证了所提谐波解析方法的正确性和有效性,并通过仿真对不同工作模式下滤波器电流应力进行校核.

In conventional high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission,line commutated converters(LCCs)are employed at the receiving end.During AC voltage dips,the extinction angle margin decreases,which can easily trigger commutation failures.The switchable current source converter effectively avoids commutation failure risks by virtue of its active switchable capability.However,in transient conditions,after the fully controlled devices of the switchable current source converter are switched off,the surge arrester needs to be conducted to assist the commutation process.Nevertheless,the conduction of the surge arrester introduces additional forced commutation stages,which affects the harmonic characteristics of the system.In view of the current insufficiency in theoretical analytical research on this type of converter,this paper conducts an analytical analysis on the harmonic characteristics of the switchable current source converter and an assessment study on the filter stress.Firstly,the differences in the switching sequence of the controllable line commutated converter(CLCC)under steady-state and transient conditions and their impacts on the commutation characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,the analytical expressions of the voltage and current at each stage of the converter considering the influence of the forced commutation angle are derived.Thirdly,based on the fast Fourier transform(FFT)theory,the harmonic components on both AC and DC sides are accurately analyzed.Finally,a simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed harmonic analysis method,and the current stress of the filter under various working modes is verified through simulation.
