厄瓜多尔科卡科多-辛克雷水电站1号机定子绕组局部放电问题分析OA
Analysis on the partial discharge of the first generator stator winding in CoCa Codo Sinclair Hydropower Station in Ecuador
厄瓜多尔科卡科多-辛克雷(CCS)水电站 1 号机运行两年时,其定子绕组在线局部放电值比其余机组偏大.为分析局部放电值偏大原因,在 2019-2022 年共进行 4 次离线局部放电检测试验,第一次检测 A 相支路 3 局部放电值是其余支路的 2 倍,后续检测与其余支路一致;支路4 局部放电值在后 3 次检测中偏高,但无明显变化.分析 2016-2019 年的在线局部放电值总趋势发现,数值阶段性增高趋于稳定,个别存在阶段性较低现象;利用软件对增大的局部放电脉冲数据进行分析发现,原脉冲数据不全导致分析出现偏差.分析结果表明,1 号机局部放电值在可接受范围内,整体表现稳定,定子线棒表面一直未发现电晕现象,因此定子绕组绝缘性能稳定无缺陷.
The online partial discharge(PD)of the first generator,which has been operating for two years in the CoCa Codo Sinclair(CCS)Hydropower Station in Ecuador,was larger than that of the other generators.To analyze the reasons for the excessive PD,four offline PD detection tests were conducted from 2019 to 2022.The offline detection results showed that the PD of the A-phase branch 3 in the first test was twice that of the other branches,but in the subsequent tests,the value of the A-phase branch 3 dropped to the same level of the other branches.The value of branch 4 was higher in the last three tests,but there was no significant change.On the other hand,an analysis of the overall trend of online PD from 2016 to 2019 revealed that there were periods of temporary increase and stability,as well as periods of relatively low values.The increased PD pulse data was analyzed by using the software,and it was found that the original pulse data was incomplete,which led to deviations in the analysis of the cause.The analysis results indicate that the PD value of first generator remained within an acceptable range.Moreover,its performance has been stable over time.No corona phenomenon has been found on the surface of the stator bars.Therefore,the insulation performance of the stator winding is stable and no defects.
