Design and investigation of an electronic fence system based on light detection and ranging
在工业施工场景中,传统监控方式因布设困难和响应滞后等问题,易导致安全隐患难以及时发现,亟须构建高效监控与实时响应机制,以保障作业安全.为解决监控布设受限、隐患识别不及时等问题,本文设计一种基于激光雷达(LiDAR)的高精度电子围栏系统.系统采用 N301-P激光雷达构建虚拟围栏,实现对越界行为的实时检测;主控端基于 STM32 进行数据处理与状态判定,并结合 SYN6288 语音模块和指示灯实现声光报警;同时,通过 ESP-07S 无线模块将报警信息上传至监控平台,以便于远程监控与管理.实验结果表明,该系统检测精度高、响应速度快,能够有效提升施工现场的安全防护水平与智能化程度,具有良好的工程应用前景.
In industrial construction scenarios,traditional monitoring methods often suffer from deployment difficulties and delayed response,making it hard to identify safety hazards in a timely manner.Therefore,an efficient monitoring and real-time response mechanism is urgently needed to ensure operational safety.To address the limitations of monitoring deployment and the untimely recognition of potential hazards,this paper proposes a high-precision electronic fence system based on light detection and ranging(LiDAR).The system utilizes the N301-P LiDAR to construct a virtual fence for real-time boundary-crossing detection.An STM32-based controller performs data processing and state evaluation,while a SYN6288 voice module and indicator lights provide audible and visual alarms.In addition,alarm information is transmitted to the monitoring platform via the ESP-07S wireless module to enable remote monitoring and management.Experimental results show that the system achieves high detection accuracy and rapid response,effectively improving the safety protection level and intelligence of construction sites,demonstrating strong potential for engineering applications.
