新型电力系统极端环境复合绝缘子改进闪络电压计算模型OA

为了实现能源的优化配置,新型电力系统中长距离、大容量输电更加普遍.这使得绝缘子需要在更广阔的地理区域内运行,穿越不同的气候和地理环境,从而增加了接触各种污秽源的机会.目前,新型电力系统下特殊地区的重污秽环境下复合绝缘子闪络问题仍未解决,但现有污闪模型主要针对常规污秽等级,尚无重污秽下绝缘子闪络模型,而精准的闪络模型是进行重污秽条件下绝缘配置与污闪预警的关键.为此,研究提出新型电力系统极端环境下复合绝缘子闪络模型,首先提出一种复合绝缘子重污秽条件下闪络电压计算方法,引入了随机电弧概念,更加符合极端环境污秽条件下的电弧发展状态;根据电磁场理论中的电轴法推导剩余污层,更加适合多电弧的状态;并测试修正了重污秽条件下的关键模型参数.最后试验验证表明:以0.4 mg/cm2 的污秽等级为例,复合绝缘子交流污闪电压梯度试验值为 31.6 kV/m,模型计算值为30.0 kV/m,计算误差和误差百分比仅为 1.6 kV/m 和5.06%;0.4 mg/cm2~1.2 mg/cm2 范围内交流污闪电压梯度计算最大误差百分比低于 10%,所提计算方法具有较高的准确性.研究结果补充了常规污秽等级下的污闪模型,对于高污秽条件下绝缘配置与污闪预警具有重要的参考意义.

In order to achieve the optimized energy allocation,long-distance and high-capacity transmission is be-coming more common in the novelpower system.This requires insulators to operate in a wider geographical area,crossing different climates and geographical environments,thereby increasing the opportunities to come into contact with various sources of pollution.At present,the flashover problem of composite insulators in heavily polluted envi-ronments in special areas under the novel power systemhas not been solved.However,the existing pollution flash-over models mainly target conventional pollution levels,and there is no flashover model for insulators under heavy pollution conditions.Accurate flashover models are the key to insulation configuration and pollution flashover warn-ings under heavy pollution conditions.To this end,this paperwill study and propose a flashover model for composite insulators in extreme environments of the novel power system.Firstly,this paper puts forward an approach to work out the flashover voltage of composite insulators in the context of heavy pollution,introducing the concept of random arc,which is more in line with the arc development state under heavy pollution conditions;Deriving the residual fouling layer based on the electric axis method in electromagnetic field theory is more suitable for multi-arc states;And the key model parameters under heavy pollution conditionsare tested and corrected.The final experimental ver-ification shows that taking the pollution level of 0.4mg/cm2 as an example,AC pollution flashover voltage gradient test value of the composite insulators is 31.6 kV/m,and the model calculation value is 30.0 kV/m.The calcula-tion error and error percentage are only 1.6 kV/m and 5.06%,respectively.The maximum error percentage in calculating the AC pollution flashover voltage gradient within the 0.4 mg/cm2~1.2 mg/cm2 range is less than 10%.The calculation method proposed in this paper is highly accurate.The research results of the paper supple-ment the pollution flashover model under conventional pollution levels,which has important reference significance for insulation configuration and pollution flashover warning under high pollution conditions.
