基于视觉要素影响的城市老旧社区空间安全感知评价OA

During China's urban development transition period,the insufficiency of spatial safety perception in old communities has become increasingly prominent.Since vision is the primary way for residents to obtain environmental information and to form safety perceptions,the optimization of visual elements can serve as an effective path to enhance a sense of safety.So this paper established an evaluation system for spatial safety perception in old urban communities based on the influence of visual elements.Taking Baijiacun area in Xiamen as an empirical case,the corresponding practical problems were identified through the analysis on safety perception evaluation.Subsequently,the optimization suggestions were proposed from four aspects:spatial scale,security measures,landscape comfort,and interface design.This paper provides a scientific basis for improving the safety perception of old communities and holds important reference value for the stock renewal of similar communities.
