Depthmap诊断引导下的城中村废弃幼儿园微更新研究OA
Study on the Micro-Renewal of the Abandoned Kindergartens in Urban Villages Guided by Depthmap Diagnosis
在城中村存量空间更新背景下,针对内蒙古自治区包头市九原区尹六窑村废弃幼儿园及前方空地因可达性断裂、空间隔离、代际功能缺失而闲置的问题,文章引入 Depthmap 空间量化工具,通过构建轴线模型与视域模型,结合实地观察精准诊断空间症结.结果表明:① Ref 1 路径选择度为 0(全域最低)、整合度为 0.783,证实存在物理隔离;②主路视点视域面积仅为 302.092 m2(盲区率>80%),导致入口识别困难;③实地观察发现儿童缺少游乐空间、老人缺少休闲场地.文章据此提出靶向策略,疏通Ref 1 巷道恢复通行、移除视域遮挡并设置标识强化引导、植入分时共享的代际功能区.文章验证了 Depthmap 可为城中村小微空间更新提供高效诊断、精准响应的科学框架,对同类废弃设施改造具有参考价值.
Against the background of the existing space renewal in urban villages,in view of the idleness of an abandoned kindergarten and its surrounding open space in Yinliuyao Village,Baotou caused by broken accessibility,spatial segregation,and lack of inter-generational functions,this paper introduced Depthmap,a spatial quantification tool,constructed axial models and isovist models,and combined with field observations to accurately diagnose the spatial problems.The results show that:①the north path connecting the kindergarten to the main road has a choice value of 0(the lowest in the entire area)and an integration value of 0.783,which confirms physical segregation.②The visible area from the main road viewpoint is only 302.092 m²(with a blind spot rate exceeding 80%),leading to difficulties in identifying the entrance.③ Field observations reveal that children lack play spaces and the elderly lack leisure areas.Correspondingly,the targeted strategies are proposed:clearing and dredging the north alley of the abandoned kindergarten to restore traffic,removing visual obstacles and setting signs to enhance guidance,and introducing time-shared inter-generational functional zones.This paper verifies that Depthmap can provide a scientific framework of efficient diagnosis-precise response for the micro-renewal of small-scale spaces in urban villages,and offers methodological reference value for the renovation of similar abandoned facilities.
