基于主动式建筑理论的工业遗产改造策略研究OA

Study on the Strategies for the Renovation of Industrial Heritages Based on the Theory of Active House

工业遗产的民用化改造不仅要关注能源消耗问题,还要注重对室内健康舒适性的营造.但目前国内缺少对这两方面的综合考量.因此,文章基于主动式建筑理论中的舒适与能源两个方面,对具体案例进行分析,探索工业遗产改造既绿色可持续又健康舒适的建筑设计策略.文章在对工业遗产建筑的围护结构、室内自然采光和自然通风条件进行改造,以及设计建筑遮阳等措施的基础上,营造稳定且舒适的室内环境;在能源消耗方面,通过平衡性设计及能耗模拟评估进行优化调整.以期为工业遗产改造中的舒适性与能源消耗之间的平衡提供设计指引.

The civilian transformation of industrial heritages should not only focus on energy consumption concerns,but also pay attention to the construction of a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.However,currently,there are a lack of comprehensive considerations on both of these two aspects in China.Consequently,based on the two aspects of comfort and energy in the theory of active house,this paper analyzes specific the cases to explore the architectural design strategies for the transformation of industrial heritages that are both green and sustainable,as well as healthy and comfortable.By renovating the building envelope,indoor natural lighting and natural ventilation conditions of industrial heritage buildings,and designing building shading measures,a stable and comfortable indoor environment is created.In terms of energy consumption,optimization and improvement are carried out through balanced design and energy consumption simulation evaluation.The research on the strategies in these two aspects aims to provide design guidance for achieving a balance between comfort and energy consumption in the transformation of industrial heritages.
