基于温度补偿的电接点水位连续测量方法研究OA
Research on the continuous measurement method of electric contact water level based on temperature compensation
针对传统电接点水位测量方法具有水位测量结果准确性低、测量值不连续等问题,对水位测量方法进行了研究,分析了传统电接点水位测量误差产生的原因,从数学模型上提出了利用测量筒温度变化对水位进行补偿的方法.通过对密度补偿系数进行校准,并利用蒸汽发生器水位与测量筒温度的相关性,采用温度补偿方法对蒸发器水位进行动态补偿,实现水位测量结果连续、准确.该研究对提高电接点水位测量精度具有重要意义.
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and discontinuous measurement values in traditional electric contact water level measurement methods,this paper studies the water level measurement methods,analyzes the reasons for the errors in traditional electric contact water level measurement,and proposes a method of compensating for water level by using temperature changes in the measuring cylinder from a mathematical model.By calibrating the density compensation coefficient and utilizing the correlation between the steam generator water level and the measuring cylinder temperature,a temperature compensation method is used to dynamically compensate for the ecaporator water level,achieving continuous and accurate water level measurement results.This study is of great significance for improving the acucuracy of electric contact water level measurement.
