开关设备电磁干扰机理及抑制方法研究OA
Research on electromagnetic interference mechanism and suppression methods for switchgear
针对开关柜直流断路器间接快速脱扣器误触发的电磁兼容问题,本文分析了间接脱扣器的工作原理及其电磁兼容误触发机理,从干扰源、传导路径、敏感源三个层面开展研究,提出了包含过压源抑制、优化走线布局、屏蔽接地、加装滤波器处理等电磁兼容综合治理措施.现场测试结果表明,治理方案能有效解决直流断路器间接脱扣器误触发问题,较为显著的提高直流开关设备电磁兼容性能.研究成果对于保障轨道交通供电系统安全稳定运行,具有良好的工程应用价值.
Aiming at the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problem of false triggering in the indirect high-speed release of DC circuit breakers in switchgear,this paper analyzes the operating principle of the indirect release and the mechanism of its EMC-induced false triggering.The research is carried out from three aspects:interference sources,conduction paths,and sensitive components.A comprehensive EMC improvement scheme is proposed,including overvoltage source suppression,optimized wiring layout,shielding and grounding,and filter installation.Field test results show that the scheme can effectively solve the false triggering issue of the indirect release of DC circuit breakers and significantly improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of DC switchgear.The research results possess good engineering application value for ensuring the safe and stable operation of rail transit power supply systems.
