富锂锰基正极材料的研究现状及发展探析OA

Research status and development analysis of lithium-rich manganese-based Oxide Cathode materials

富锂锰基正极材料具有成本低、比能量密度大等优势,可以实现锂离子电池能量密度 400 Wh/kg甚至 500 Wh/kg的目标,有望成为下一代高比能动力电池正极材料.然而,富锂锰基正极材料存在首次库伦效率低、容量和电压衰减较快、气体析出等问题,导致其商业化进程受到制约.本文对富锂锰基正极材料的科研进展和产业化现状进行调研,从材料商业化应用角度进行分析总结,并对富锂锰基正极材料的未来发展进行了展望.

Lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials(LMR)has the advantage such as low cost and high specific energy density etc.,which can help lithium-ion batteries reach an energy density of 400Wh/kg or even 500Wh/kg.LMR is expected to become the next generation cathode material for power batteries.However,the commercialization progress of LMR is constrained because of key issue such as low initial Coulombic efficiency,rapid capacity and voltage fading and aerogenesis.This paper investigates the research progress and industrialization status of LMR,analyzes and summarizes their commercial practical application prospects,and forecasts the future development trends.
