餐桌岩板运输包装设计与跌落仿真分析OA

以某款餐桌岩板为研究对象,开展其运输包装设计及跌落仿真分析.参照运输包装改进设计七步法,选用蜂窝纸板作为缓冲材料,配合瓦楞纸箱构成全纸化单件包装,并搭配木托盘组成集合包装.基于 ANSYS Workbench 开展包装件跌落仿真分析,并通过跌落试验验证仿真模型的可靠性.通过对不同跌落工况的模拟,揭示不同跌落姿势下集合包装内不同位置处餐桌岩板最大主应力和加速度的响应规律.结果表明,各工况下岩板的跌落冲击加速度均低于产品脆值所要求的加速度,最大主应力亦小于其破裂强度,所设计的运输包装方案能够有效满足产品在运输过程中的跌落防护要求.

Taking a certain type of dining table rock plate as the research object,the transportation packaging design and drop simulation analysis were carried out.Referring to the seven-step method for improving the design of transportation packaging,honeycomb paperboard was selected as the cushioning material and corrugated box as the outer packaging container to construct an all-paper single package,and the unit load packaging scheme was designed using wooden pallets.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the drop simulation analysis of the packaging system was conducted,and the reliability of the simulation model was verified through the drop test.Through the simulation of different drop conditions,the response laws of maximum principal stress and acceleration on the rock face of the dining table at different positions in the unit load package under different drop postures were revealed in detail.According to the drop simulation analysis,the drop impact acceleration of the rock plate under each working condition was lower than the acceleration determined by the product's fragility,and the maximum principal stress was smaller than its fracture strength,verifying that the designed transportation packaging scheme can effectively meet the drop protection requirements of the product during transportation.
