在"双碳"战略与"禁塑"政策的驱动下,纸浆模塑因原料可再生、可降解、加工能耗低,成为替代塑料包装的重要路径.通过纤维原料选择与复配、打浆与模压参数调控、浆内添加助剂及表面涂布等手段,可对纸浆模塑进行功能化改性,从而提升其力学强度、抗水性、阻隔性、印刷适性和防伪功能.同时,从工艺参数协同优化到自动化与智能控制的引入,有助提升产品质量和能效.目前,纸浆模塑在 3C 产品、日化用品、烟草、食品、农业等领域得到广泛应用.纸浆模塑产品的功能化改性,使其成为传统塑料包装材料的绿色替代方案,助力行业向低碳方向转型.

Driven by the"dual-carbon"strategy and"plastic ban"policies,pulp molding has emerged as an important alternative to plastic packaging owing to its renewable raw materials,biodegradability,and low energy consumption during processing.The functional modification of pulp molding can be achieved through fiber material selection and blending,optimization of beating and molding parameters,incorporation of internal additives,and surface coating treatments,thereby improving the properties of mechanical strength,water resistance,barrier performance,printability,and anti-counterfeiting function.Meanwhile,the synergistic optimization of processing parameters,together with the introduction of automation and intelligent control,can further enhance the quality and energy efficiency of products.At present,pulp molding has been widely applied in the packaging of 3C products,daily consumer goods,tobacco,food,and agricultural products.The functional modification of pulp molding products provides a green substitute for conventional plastic packaging materials and supports the transition of the packaging industry toward a low-carbon future.
