改革开放以来,我国包装技术实现了从计划经济配套附属产业到全球价值链战略支撑的历史性跨越,整个发展历程可划分为三个阶段.1978-1992 年为体制破冰期,改革开放催生的出口导向型发展与制度创新推动包装产业实现全面变革,行业通过技术引进初步搭建起涵盖包装材料、包装机械与包装印刷的产业基础体系;但这一阶段核心技术高度依赖进口,自主创新能力不强,也缺乏对生态环保层面的考量.1992-2012 年为市场扩容期,随着国民经济的持续高速发展,这一时期行业标准体系加速完善,绿色包装理念逐步兴起,防伪技术也实现了规范化发展;但行业整体自动化与智能化水平仍相对滞后,缺乏全流程系统思维,还面临着国际贸易中的"绿色壁垒"限制.2012 年至今,在"中国制造 2025"与"双碳"目标的引领驱动下,智能包装技术发展成为行业焦点,功能结构型、信息型与功能材料型智能包装实现加速发展,科教、产教融合的创新发展格局逐步形成,各类新型包装材料大量涌现,包装高端装备研发取得重大突破,整个行业呈现出绿色化、智能化的发展趋势.梳理改革开放以来我国包装技术的发展历程可以清晰地看出,包装技术的发展与经济增长动能、改革开放推进力度以及国家发展战略与政策的引领密切相关.在经济全球化浪潮下,我国要实现从包装大国向包装强国的根本转变,技术创新发展是核心支撑;未来应当以国家战略规划为引领,在智能制造、材料基因组工程与包装碳足迹核算领域实现技术突破,通过技术创新、绿色发展、跨界融合应对全球价值链重构与可持续发展的双重挑战.
Since the reform and opening-up,packaging technology in China has achieved a historic leap from a supporting industry under the planned economy into a strategic pillar for the global value chain.This evolutionary journey can be divided into three distinct phases.From 1978 to 1992,the period of institutional breakthrough,export-oriented development and institutional innovation catalyzed a comprehensive transformation within the packaging industry.Through technology introduction,the industry initially established a foundational framework encompassing packaging materials,packaging machinery,and packaging printing.However,during this phase,core technologies remained heavily dependent on imports,indigenous innovation capabilities were weak,and ecological considerations were largely overlooked.The period from 1992 to 2012 represented an era of market expansion.The industry facilitated the perfection of standard systems,the concept of green packaging gradually took root,and anti-counterfeiting technology evolved in a standardized manner.Nevertheless,the industry's overall level of automation and intelligence lagged behind,lacking a systemic approach to the entire production process,and facing constraints imposed by"green barriers"in international trade.Since 2012,driven by the vision of"Made in China 2025"and the"dual carbon"goals,intelligent packaging technology has become the industry's focal point.Accelerated breakthroughs have been achieved in functional structural,information-based,and functional material-based smart packaging.An innovative development paradigm integrating science,education,and industry has gradually taken shape.A proliferation of novel packaging materials has emerged,and significant strides have been made in the R&D of high-end packaging equipment,steering the entire industry toward green and intelligent development.A review of the trajectory of China's packaging technology since reform and opening-up reveals a close correlation between technological advancement and economic growth momentum,the depth of reform,and the guidance of national development strategies and policies.Against the backdrop of economic globalization,technological innovation remains the core pillar for China to transition from a major packaging nation to a global powerhouse.Looking ahead,guided by national strategic planning,the industry must achieve technological breakthroughs in intelligent manufacturing,material genome engineering,and packaging carbon footprint accounting.By embracing technological innovation,green development,and cross-sector integration,the industry can effectively navigate the dual challenges of global value chain restructuring and sustainable development.
