内蒙古地区根结线虫致病性及不同品种辣椒抗病性评价OA
Evaluation of Pathogenicity of Root-knot Nematodes and Disease Resistance in Different Pepper Varieties in Inner Mongolia
以内蒙古赤峰、包头、呼和浩特和通辽等根结线虫病高发区土壤样本中分离获得的南方根结线虫群体为试材,采用盆栽鉴定方法,开展黄瓜生理指标与根系响应寄主试验,研究了不同地理来源根结线虫群体对黄瓜生长发育的影响,建立评价体系,并进一步采用盆栽与田间相结合的方法,对36份辣椒种质进行抗性评价,以期为辣椒抗根结线虫品种的选育提供参考依据.结果表明:1)不同地理群体的致病性存在显著差异,其中BT群体致病性最强,接种后黄瓜根长、根表面积和根体积分别下降87.8%、86.5%和83.4%,病情指数高达87.407;2)病情指数与根系总长度、表面积、体积及鲜质量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),表明这些根系性状可与病情指数共同构建根结线虫致病性的综合评价体系;3)辣椒多重抗性鉴定评价表明,LTCP2、LSP8、LSP5、LSP3、CP1、CP6和LSP6 7个品种表现高抗(HR),病情指数(0~20.00)和根结指数(0~1.00)较低,其中CP1、CP6和LSP6的抗性显著优于抗病对照PM687(病情指数29.41,根结指数1.47).
Taking the Meloidogyne incognita populations isolated from soil samples collected from high-incidence areas of root-knot nematode diseases in Chifeng,Baotou,Hohhot,and Tongliao in Inner Mongolia as test materials,a pot identification method was adopted to conduct experiments on cucumber physiological indicators and host root responses.The study investigated the effects of M.incognita populations from different geographical origins on cucumber growth and development,established an evaluation system,and further evaluated the disease resistance of 36 pepper germplasms using a combination of pot and field experiments,in order to provide a reference for the breeding of pepper varieties resistant to root-knot nematodes.The results showed that,1)pathogenicity varied significantly among different geographical populations,with the BT population being the most virulent.After inoculation,cucumber root length,root surface area,and root volume decreased by 87.8%,86.5%,and 83.4%,respectively,and the disease index reached 87.407;2)the disease index showed a highly significant negative correlation(P<0.01)with total root length,root surface area,root volume,and fresh root weight,indicating that these root traits,together with the disease index,can form a comprehensive evaluation system for the pathogenicity of root-knot nematodes;3)multiple resistance evaluation of pepper identified seven varieties,LTCP2、LSP8、LSP5、LSP3、CP1、CP6 and LSP6,as highly resistant(HR),with low disease index(0-20.00)and root galling index(0-1.00).Among them,CP1,CP6,and LSP6 exhibited significantly stronger resistance than the resistant control PM 687(disease index 29.41,root galling index 1.47).
