Effects of Microbial Fertilizer and Vegetable Waste Fertilizer on Growth,Yield and Quality of Pepper in Greenhouse

以生物菌肥和尾菜有机肥为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了生物菌肥和尾菜有机肥对设施辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响,以期为农业生产提供参考依据.结果表明:尾菜有机肥替代商品有机肥或施用有机肥时增施生物菌肥后,辣椒的株高、茎粗、冠幅、根长、地上部生物量、地下部生物量及总生物量均有所增加,增幅范围为1.21%~51.93%;辣椒产量均显著增加(P<0.05),增幅范围为5.82%~14.83%,最高产量达到16.55 t·hm-2.果实中粗蛋白、维生素C、可溶性糖及糖酸比等品质指标均略有提升,增幅范围为0.64%~15.47%.与施用商品有机肥和农药处理相比,施用尾菜有机肥和生物菌肥同时以生物菌肥替代农药处理辣椒的产量显著增加(P<0.05),增幅为13.07%.尾菜有机肥替代商品有机肥以及增施生物菌肥均可显著提升辣椒的产量;尾菜有机肥和生物菌肥组合施用在辣椒种植中可替代商品有机肥与农药,显示出其在有机农业生产中的应用潜力.

Taking microbial fertilizer and vegetable waste fertilizer as the experimental materials,the effects on growth,yield and quality of pepper in greenhouse by which substrate application were studied,in order to provide reference for agricultural production.The results showed that upon application of microbial fertilizer or vegetable waste fertilizer,plant height,stem diameter,root length,crown diameter,below ground biomass,above ground biomass,and total biomass increased by ranging from 1.21%to 51.93%;the yield of pepper increased significantly(P<0.05)by ranging from 5.82%to 14.83%and the largest yield reached 16.55 t·hm-2;crude protein content,vitamin C content,soluble sugar content and acid-sugar ratio increased by ranging from 0.64%to 15.47%.Compared with the treatment of applying commercial organic fertilizer and chemical pesticide,the yield of pepper increased significantly(P<0.05)by 13.07%under the treatment of applying microbial fertilizer and vegetable waste fertilizer.In conclusion,the yield of pepper increased significantly on the application of microbial fertilizer or vegetable waste fertilizer instead of commercial organic fertilizer.The commercial organic fertilizer and chemical pesticide could be replaced by microbial fertilizer and vegetable waste fertilizer in pepper planting,and it indicated the potential advantages in organic agricultural production.
