赤霉素对滇重楼种子萌发生理特性的影响OA
Effects of Gibberellin on Physiological Characteristics of Seed Germination of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis
以滇重楼(Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis)种子为试材,采用不同浓度赤霉素3(GA3)、赤霉素4(GA4)对其进行处理,通过测定种子萌发率、抗氧化酶活性、内源激素含量及营养物质含量的方法,研究了不同赤霉素种类及浓度对滇重楼种子萌发的影响及生理调控作用,以期明确赤霉素调控滇重楼种子萌发的生理机制.结果表明:萌发率与胚率依次为 200 mg·L-1 GA3>100 mg·L-1 GA4>100 mg·L-1 GA3>200 mg·L-1 GA4>对照(CK);200 mg·L-1 GA3处理提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性;推动代谢途径由三羧酸循环向磷酸戊糖途径转换;增加GA4、生长素(IAA)含量,降低脱落酸(ABA)含量,并提高IAA/ABA和GA4/ABA比值;促进淀粉等营养物质分解,并提高可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量.综上可知,适宜浓度的GA3处理能够提升滇重楼种子的萌发能力和抗氧化能力,有利于滇重楼种苗的培育.
Taking seeds of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis as the test materials,different concentrations of gibberellin 3(GA3)and gibberellin 4(GA4)were adopted.The effects of different gibberellin types and concentrations on seed germination and physiological regulation of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis were studied by measuring seed germination rate,antioxidant enzyme activity,endogenous hormone content and nutrient content,in order to clarify the physiological mechanism of gibberellin regulating seed germination of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis.The results showed that the order of germination and embryo rates across treatments was as follows,200 mg·L-1 GA3>100 mg·L-1 GA4>100 mg·L-1 GA3>200 mg·L-1 GA4>control(CK).The 200 mg·L-1 GA3 treatment significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).It also promoted a shift in the metabolic pathway from the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle to the pentose phosphate pathway(PPP).Furthermore,this treatment increased the contents of GA4 and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),reduced abscisic acid(ABA)levels,and elevated the ratios of IAA/ABA and GA4/ABA.In addition,it facilitated the decomposition of starch and increased the contents of soluble protein and free amino acids.In conclusion,treatment with an appropriate concentration of GA3 can enhance both germination capacity and antioxidant capability in Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seeds,thereby supporting the cultivation of high-quality seedlings.
