冷藏对朱顶红开花时间和生理指标变化的影响OA
Effects of Cold Storage on Flowering Time and Physiological Index Changes of Hippeastrum
以朱顶红'樱桃妮芙'为试材,采用冷藏处理方法,比较了不同冷藏日期和时长下的花序芽生长和开花情况,并测定了鳞片和花序芽糖类物质及内源激素含量变化,以期为朱顶红春节促花调控提供参考依据.结果表明:1)春节前19周左右进行'樱桃妮芙'种球采收,晾干1周后进行9 ℃冷藏8周,后定植于均温20 ℃左右的温室中,可基本满足春节开花的调控需求;2)9 ℃冷藏6周可打破种球内适宜大小花序芽的慢生长状态,之后延迟2周冷藏可提高开花整齐度;3)冷藏期间,鳞片内淀粉先持续降低后微微回升;蔗糖在鳞片内先升后降,在花序芽中则稳定上升;GA3在鳞片中先升后降,变化趋势与其内淀粉相反,与蔗糖一致;tZT在花序芽中先持续上升,6周后开始降低,与花序芽慢生长状态打破节点一致.综上所述,冷藏处理可用于朱顶红春节促花调控,其导致的鳞片内GAs升高、淀粉降低、蔗糖升高和转移以及花序芽内tZT和蔗糖的持续升高等变化应是朱顶红花序芽慢生长状态打破并萌发的关键诱因.
Hippeastrum hybirdum'Cherry Nymph'were used as the test materials to conduct cold storage experiments,the inflorescence bud growth and flowering performances under different cold storage dates and durations were compared.Meanwhile,the content changes of carbohydrate substances and endogenous hormones in scales and inflorescence buds during cold storage were determined,in order to provide a reference for regulating flowering time of Hippeastrum for the Spring Festival.The results showed that,1)harvesting the bulbs of'Cherry Nymph'about 19 weeks before the Spring Festival,air-drying for 1 week,followed by cold storage at 9 ℃ for 8 weeks,and then planting them in a greenhouse with an average temperature of about 20 ℃ could basically meet the regulatory requirements for flowering during the Spring Festival.2)Cold storage at 9 ℃ for 6 weeks could break the slow growth state of inflorescence buds of appropriate size in the bulbs,and delaying cold storage for another 2 weeks thereafter could improve the flowering uniformity.3)During cold storage,starch content in scales continued to decrease first and then slightly recovered.sucrose content in scales increased first and then decreased,while it increased steadily in inflorescence buds.GA3 content in scales increased first and then decreased,with a change trend opposite to that of starch and consistent with that of sucrose.tZT content in inflorescence buds continued to increase first and began to decrease after 6 weeks,which was consistent with the node when the slow growth state of inflorescence buds was broken.In conclusion,cold storage treatment could be applied to regulate flowering of Hippeastrum for the Spring Festival.The increases in GA3 and sucrose contents,decrease in starch content,and sucrose transfer in scales,as well as the continuous increase in tZT and sucrose content in inflorescence buds caused by cold storage should be the key inducements for breaking the slow growth state and promoting germination of inflorescence buds in Hippeastrum.
