[目的]甾体与鞣质代谢物对连翘发挥其药理作用具有重要意义,本研究从群体水平探讨环境因子对连翘中甾体和鞣质代谢的影响,旨在为应对环境变化、保障连翘药材的优质稳定供给提供理论支撑.[方法]采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术,测定 10 个连翘群体中的 19 种甾体和鞣质代谢物的相对含量,并结合环境因子数据,分析环境变化对连翘代谢物的影响.[结果]12 种代谢物在不同群体间存在显著差异,河南省辉县(HX)和卢氏县(LS)的连翘群体中,甾体和鞣质的含量较高,可作为优先栽培区.环境因子分析表明,6 种代谢物(蜂斗菜酚、叶下珠宾素D、阿布塔甾酮、鞣料云实素、栗瘿鞣质、木麻黄鞣宁)受温度影响显著,2种代谢物(5α-孕甾烷-3,20-二酮、早生旌节花素 A)受降水量影响显著.[结论]环境变化对连翘甾体与鞣质类代谢物含量具有重要影响,且不同代谢物对水热条件的响应存在差异,连翘种植时应以目标代谢物为导向,匹配适宜的环境条件.

[Objective]Steroids and tannins metabolites play a key role in the pharmacological effects of For-sythia suspensa.This study investigated the impacts of environmental factors on the metabolism of steroids and tan-nins in F.suspensa from a population perspective,aiming to provide theoretical support for addressing environmental changes and ensuring the high-quality and stable supply of F.suspensa medicinal materials.[Method]The relative contents of 19 steroids and tannins metabolites were analyzed in 10 populations of F.suspensa using ultra perfor-mance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),and then the data were intergrated with environmental factors to explore the impact of environmental changes on F.suspensa metabolites.[Result]Sig-nificant differences were oberved in 12 metabolites among different populations.The populations of F.suspensa from Huixian county(HX)and Lushi county(LS)of Henan Province exhibited higher contents of steroids and tan-nins,suggesting these areas as priority for cultivation.In terms of environmental factors,six metabolites(petasiphe-nol,phyllanemblinin D,abutasterone,corilagin,chestanin,casuarinin)were significantly affected by temperature,while two metabolites(5 α-pregnane-3,20-dione,praecoxin A)were significantly affected by precipitation.[Con-clusion]This study confirmed that environmental changes have significant impacts on the levels of steroids and tan-nins metabolites in F.suspensa.Different metabolites respond differently to hydrothermal conditions;therefore,suitable environmental conditions should be selected based on the desired metabolites during cultivation.
