[目的]以4个种源长白落叶松(天桥岭、白河、大海林、白刀山)为试验材料,旨在评价其对落叶松毛虫(Dendrolimus superans)的抗性差异.[方法]通过采集离体枝条进行水培试验,结合落叶松毛虫取食试验,系统测定了粪便量、虫质量、失叶率、防御酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT、PPO、PAL)、次生代谢物含量(单宁、总酚、黄酮)及蛋白酶抑制剂(TI、CI)活性等10项抗虫生理指标,共计13项抗虫相关参数.[结果]不同种源间抗虫性表型性状(虫质量、粪便量、失叶率)及生理指标均存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05 或 P<0.01).落叶松毛虫取食白河种源后的粪便量和虫质量高于其他种源;白河种源CAT和PPO活性高于其他种源;白河种源的TI和CI活性低于其他种源;天桥岭种源的次生代谢物质含量高于其他种源.[结论]采用隶属函数分析法对 3 项取食后的表型指标和 10 项抗性生理指标进行综合评价,得出 4 个种源抗虫性排序为:白河>白刀山>大海林>天桥岭.本研究通过水培试验初步评价了不同种源长白落叶松抗虫性,为筛选抗虫性种质资源提供了理论依据,但供试材料抗虫性仍需田间试验进一步验证.

[Objective]Using four provenances of Larix olgensis(Tianqiaoling,Baihe,Dahailin,Baidaoshan)as experimental materials,this study aimed to evaluate the differences in resistance to the larch caterpillar(Dendro-limus superans)among them.[Method]Detached branches were collected for a water-culture experiment combined with a feeding trial using D.superans,thirteen insect resistance-related parameters were systematically measured,including three phenotypic traits(heavy feces,insect weight,defoliation rate)and ten physiological indices(activities of defense enzymes:SOD,POD,CAT,PPO,PAL;contents of secondary metabolites:tannins,total phenolics,fla-vonoids;and activities of protease inhibitors:TI,CI).[Result]There were significant or highly significant differ-ences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)among the provenances in both phenotypic traits of insect resistance(larval weight,fecal weight,leaf loss rate)and physiological indicators.Larvae fed on the Baihe provenance produced higher fecal weight and attained higher larval weight compared to those fed on other provenances.The Baihe provenance exhibited higher CAT and PPO activities than those of the other provenances.Conversely,the TI and CI contents in the Baihe provenance were lower than in the others.Tianqiaoling provenance had higher contents of secondary metabolites than the other provenances.[Conclusion]A comprehensive evaluation using the membership function method based on the three post-feeding phenotypic indicators and ten resistance-related physiological indicators revealed the following ranking of insect resistance for the four provenances:Baihe>Baidaoshan>Dahailin>Tianqiaoling.The hydroponic experiment provides a preliminary evaluation of the insect resistance of different L.olgensis provenances,offering a theoretical basis for screening insect-resistant germplasm resources.However,field trials are still required for further validation to gain deeper insights into the insect resistance of the tested materials.
