白藜芦醇治疗糖尿病的药理作用机制研究进展OA

Research progress on the pharmacological mechanisms of resveratrol in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

糖尿病(DM)是一组以糖代谢紊乱为核心特征的代谢性疾病,其发病率全球居高不下,长期并发症可累及心、肾、眼、神经等多个器官,严重威胁人类健康.白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RSV)是一种天然植物抗毒素,广泛存在于葡萄、花生、虎杖等植物中,主要以反式结构存在,该构型具有更强的稳定性和生物活性,同时具备抗氧化、抗炎、调节代谢等多种药理活性,近年来成为糖尿病防治领域的研究热点.本文结合近年来国内外相关研究,从改善胰岛素抵抗、调控糖脂代谢、抑制氧化应激与炎症反应、保护胰腺β细胞及延缓糖尿病并发症等方面,系统综述RSV治疗糖尿病的药理作用机制,并分析当前研究存在的不足及未来研究方向,为RSV在糖尿病治疗中的临床应用及相关药物研发提供理论依据.

Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a set of metabolic diseases characterized by disordered glucose metabolism.Its global incidence remains persistently high,and long-term complications can affect multiple organs,including the heart,kidney,eye,and nervous system,posing a severe threat to human health.Resveratrol(RSV)is a natural phytoalexin widely distributed in plants such as grapes,peanuts,and Reynoutria japonica Houtt.It mainly exists in the trans configuration,which exhibits greater stability and bioactivity.RSV possesses multiple pharmacological properties,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and metabolic regu-latory effects,and has emerged as a research hotspot in the prevention and treatment of diabetes in recent years.Based on recent domestic and international studies,this paper systematically reviews the pharmacological mechanisms of RSV in the treatment of diabetes,including improving insulin resistance,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,inhibiting oxidative stress and inflam-matory responses,protecting pancreatic β-cells,and delaying diabetic complications.It also analyzes the limitations of current re-search and future directions,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of RSV in diabetes therapy and the development of related drugs.
