在新工科教育背景下,中药卓越工程人才培养面临实践教学环节薄弱、产教协同不足等现实问题.为此,本文提出以虚拟仿真技术作为医药工交叉融合的核心方法,以"目标导向"为引领、"平台支撑"为载体、"能力进阶"为路径的中药工程人才培养新体系.通过该体系,能够有效突破传统教学模式局限,显著提升实验实训教学质量.其目的在于培养出既具备扎实中医药理论功底,又掌握现代工程实践能力的复合型人才,为中药工程教育改革提供了新路径.

Under the background of emerging engineering education,the cultivation of outstanding engineering talents in tra-ditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is confronted with practical issues such as weaknesses in practical teaching links and insuffi-cient industry-education collaboration.To address these issues,this study proposes a new TCM engineering talent-training frame-work.This framework,guided by"goal orientation"supported by a"shared platform",and implemented through a staged"compe-tency progression"pathway,centers on virtual simulation as the core method for interdisciplinary integration of medicine,phar-macy and engineering.This framework effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional teaching models and significantly en-hances the quality of laboratory and practical training.It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who possess both a solid founda-tion in TCM theory and engineering skills,thereby providing a new pathway for reform in TCM engineering.
