随着药用植物学学科的快速发展,药用植物学野外实习课程改革势在必行.本文剖析了药用植物学传统教学模式面临的挑战,包括教材内容不能满足实际应用需求、考核方式单一造成学生重视不足和教学组织形式陈旧影响实习效果等问题.针对上述问题,构建了"研—分—塑—赛"特色教学模式以代替传统教学模式,形成了研中促塑、分中备赛、和赛后启研的螺旋上升态势,助力学生在"认知—实践—反思—创新"中持续发展,从而极大程度地激发了学生学习的主动性,实现了理论知识与实践的有机统一,以期提高学生药用植物学野外实习的学习效果.本模式为高等中医药院校野外实习教学改革提供了可借鉴的路径.

With the rapid development of the discipline of medicinal botany,the reform of field internship courses in medici-nal botany is imperative.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the traditional teaching mode of medicinal botany,including problems such as textbook content failing to meet practical application needs,single assessment methods leading to insufficient student attention,and outdated teaching organization forms affecting internship effects.To address the above issues,a characteris-tic teaching mode of"Research-Division-Shaping-Competition(RDSC)"has been constructed to replace the traditional teaching mode,establishing a spiral progressive framework characterized by"promoting shaping through research,preparing for competi-tion through division,and inspiring renewed research through post-competition reflection."This model facilitates students'con-tinuous development through the cyclical process of"cognition,practice,reflection,and innovation,"significantly enhancing their learning initiative and achieving an organic integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application.It is designed to im-prove the effectiveness of field-based learning in medicinal plant science.The RDSC model offers a replicable and scalable path-way for pedagogical reform in field practice education within higher institutions of traditional Chinese medicine.
