基于数据挖掘方法探讨当代藏医使用我国青藏高原以外药材分布特点OA
Data mining-based analysis of distribution patterns of extra-Tibetan plateau medicinal materials in contemporary Tibetan medical practice
目的:通过数据挖掘方法探讨藏药产地分布规律,促进藏药资源的保护与发展.方法:以《中国民族药辞典》收载的藏药为主要数据源,结合《中国藏药》《中华藏本草》《青藏药鉴》《中国植物志》《中国药典》等文献资料,Excel建立包括药材名、科名、药用部位及产地等信息特点的藏药品种数据库,对藏药产地分布数据进行统计分析.结果:统计藏药品种3 027种,包括植物药2 469种、动物药375种、矿物药183种.其中当代藏医使用我国青藏高原地区以外分布的药物共417种,占藏药总数的13.78%,包括植物药264种(63.31%)、动物药92种(22.06%)、矿物药61种(14.63%).高度集中于亚洲,呈现"以青藏高原为核心,聚集西南,周边梯度递减"的分布格局;动物药及矿物药呈现广泛分布的特征;植物药及动物药的药用部位特点呈现地理资源可及性.结论:当代藏医使用藏药中分布于我国青藏高原以外的植物药与主要集中在我国川、滇、甘地区的动物药总体呈现"亚洲中心"的格局.外来药物的流入丰富了临床药用品种和藏医药理论,为临床治疗提供了更多的用药选择和配伍可能.
Objective:To investigate the distribution patterns of Tibetan medicines by data mining,so as to promote the con-servation and sustainable development of Tibetan medicinal resources.Methods:Taking the Tibetan medicines recorded in the Dictionary of Chinese Ethnic Medicine as the primary data source,combined with literature including Chinese Tibetan Medicines,Chinese Tibetan Materia Medica,Medicinal Flora of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Flora of China,and Pharmacopoeia of China,a data-base of Tibetan medicinal species was established using Microsoft Excel,which contained characteristic information such as me-dicinal material name,family name,medicinal part and producing area.Statistical analysis was subsequently conducted on the pro-ducing area distribution data of Tibetan medicines.Results:A total of 3 027 Tibetan medicinal species were counted,including 2 469 botanical medicines,375 animal medicines and 183 mineral medicines.Among them,417 species(accounting for approxi-mately 13.78%of the total)were distributed outside the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China and applied in contemporary Tibetan medical practice,including 264 botanical medicines(63.31%),92 animal medicines(22.06%)and 61 mineral medicines(14.63%).The botanical medicines distributed outside the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau showed a highly concentrated distribution in Asia,particu-larly in Southern China and Southeast Asia,presenting a distinct gradient diffusion structure with the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the core and gathering in the southwest,and gradually decreasing in intensity around the periphery.The characteristics of medicinal parts of botanical and animal medicines were consistent with the geographical accessibility of resources,while animal and mineral medicines exhibited a widespread distribution pattern.Conclusion:The botanical and animal medicines distributed outside the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and used in contemporary Tibetan medical practice are extensively distributed in Sichuan,Yunnan and Gansu Provinces of China,and present an Asia-centered distri-bution pattern globally.The introduction of exogenous medici-nal species has enriched the theoretical system and clinical me-dicinal varieties of Tibetan medicine,providing more options for medication and possibilities for drug combination in clini-cal treatment.
