目的:探明黑龙江黑瞎子岛国家级自然保护区(以下简称保护区)药用维管植物资源与区系特征,为该地区资源的保护与可持续利用提供依据.方法:采取全面踏查结合文献调研、标本鉴定,对保护区内药用维管植物多样性进行调查,分析保护区内药用维管植物的物种组成、入药部位和区系特征.结果:保护区共有药用维管植物 490 种,隶属于 87 科 252 属,以菊科、禾本科等为优势科;单种科较多,具有明显优势科现象;入药部位以全草类居多;植物区系成分复杂、联系广泛,表现出明显的温带属性.结论:保护区内药用维管植物资源丰富,应加强对珍稀濒危药用维管植物的保护力度,探索资源多元利用途径.

Objective:To investigate the resources and floristic characteristics of medicinal vascular plants in the Heilongjiang Heixiazi Island National Nature Reserve,and provide a basis for the conservation and sustainable utilization of these resources.Methods:Comprehensive field surveys were conducted in combination with literature review and specimen identification to investigate the diversity of medicinal vascular plants within the reserve.The species composition,medicinal parts,and floristic characteristics of these plants were analyzed.Results:A total of 490 medicinal vascular plant species were identified,belonging to 252 genera in 87 families.Dominant families included Asteraceae and Poaceae.Monotypic families were abundant,indicating pronounced dominance of certain families.Whole herbs constituted the majority of medicinal parts.The floristic composition was complex and exhibited extensive connections,with a clear temperate affinity.Conclusion:The Heilongjiang Heixiazi Island National Nature Reserve is rich in medicinal vascular plant resources.Enhanced conservation efforts for rare and endangered medicinal vascular plants are required,and diverse approaches to resource utilization should be explored.
