Review and Prospect of the Policies in Field of Medicine and Food Homology
药食同源思想源于古代医学实践,随历史进程不断丰富和发展,受到民众普遍认可.1987 年《禁止食品加药卫生管理办法》对食品与药品的界限进行了划分,药食同源作为食品与药品的交叉领域,在政策监管方面的复杂性逐渐凸显.此后,我国对药食同源的政策监管经过起步、规范、发展、完善 4 个阶段,逐步构建起一套完整、科学的监管体系.本文系统收集药食同源领域政策法规,梳理政策体系演化脉络,展望未来趋势,为研究和理解中国特色药食同源监管制度体系提供参考.
The concept of"medicine and food homology"originated from ancient medical practices and has been continuously enriched and developed throughout history,gaining widespread public recognition.In 1987,the Measures for Hygienic Administration of Prohibiting the Addition of Drugs to Food delineated the boundary between food and drugs.As an interdisciplinary area bridging food and pharmaceuticals,the regulatory complexity of medicine and food homology has gradually become increasingly prominent.Since then,China's policy supervision of medicine and food homology has undergone four stages,including initiation,standardization,development,and refinement,gradually establishing a comprehensive and scientific regulatory system.This paper systematically compiles policies and regulations in the field of medicine and food homology,traces the evolutionary trajectory of the policy system,and looks ahead to future trends,providing a reference for the study and understanding of China's distinctive regulatory system.
