全媒体视域下基于ABC态度模型的中医药高校大学生就业价值观探析OA

Against the backdrop of global economic transformation and domestic economic restructuring,promoting high-quality and full employment has become a key objective in the new era.The rapid development of the omnimedia environment has profoundly influenced the employment values of students in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities,manifesting in tendencies toward high material rewards,contradictory choices,and diversification.Based on the ABC attitude model,this paper analyzes the formation of employment values among TCM students in the omnimedia context from three dimensions-affect,behavior,and cognition,including factors such as emotional resonance,choice preferences,and information reconstruction.The study proposes targeted guidance strategies:at the affective level,reinforcing professional identity through cultural IP development and psychological counseling;at the behavioral level,constructing a digital employment practice empowerment system;and at the cognitive level,reconstructing career value judgments using omnimedia technologies.Through multidimensional interventions,the study aims to help TCM students develop a scientific employment perspective,providing theoretical and practical references for cultivating high-quality TCM talents that meet societal needs.
