新西兰中医药教育现状分析与未来发展趋势研究OA
Current status and future development trends of traditional Chinese medicine education in New Zealand
随着"一带一路"中医药发展规划的推进和"中医药走出去"政策的支持,中医药教育近年来在新西兰也取得初步进展,逐步建立起以私立院校为主体、涵盖学士至硕士阶段的多层次教学体系.本文在梳理中医药教育在新西兰的发展背景、传播历程与政策环境的基础上,从教育机构、课程设置、教学资源与形式、师生情况、临床实习等方面解析新西兰中医药教育的现状,并总结在政策支持、语言及文化差异、社会认知等方面存在的挑战,探讨应对策略,以期为新西兰中医药教育的进一步发展提供思路与借鉴,为全球中医药教育及传播提供区域样本与参考.
Driven by the"Belt and Road"initiative for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)development and the support of the"TCM Going Global"policy,TCM education in New Zealand has made initial progress in recent years.A multi-level education system has gradually taken shape,predominantly operated by private institutions,spanning from bachelor's to master's program.This article reviews the development background,dissemination process,and policy environment of TCM education in New Zealand and analyzes the current status of TCM education from multiple aspects including educational institutions,curriculum design,teaching resources and methods,faculty and student profiles,and clinical internship arrangements.It also summarizes the challenges in terms of policy support,linguistic and cultural differences and public recognitions,and discusses strategies to address these challenges,aiming to provide insights and references for the further development of TCM education in New Zealand and to offer a regional case study for global TCM education and dissemination.
