活血化瘀法在儿童IgA血管炎中的运用OA

IgA vasculitis(IgAV)is a common vasculitis in children,falling under the categories of"pur-pura","grape epidemic",and"blood syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine."Blood stasis"is the core pathogenesis and persists throughout the entire course of the disease.The therapy of promoting blood circula-tion and removing blood stasis,through mechanisms such as regulating immunity,inhibiting inflammation,im-proving coagulation,and protecting the kidneys,combined with internal and external treatments,can effec-tively alleviate symptoms,prevent renal damage,and reduce recurrence.This therapy should be applied throughout the treatment process.This article summarizes its application to provide theoretical support for the treatment of IgAV with traditional Chinese medicine.
