血清CEA、SCC-Ag联合CA125水平检测诊断宫颈癌的价值分析OA
Value Analysis of Serum CEA,SCC-Ag Combined with CA125 Level Detection in Diagnosing Cervical Cancer
目的:研究血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)联合糖类抗原-125(CA125)水平检测诊断宫颈癌的价值.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月—2025 年 8 月浚县人民医院收治的 40 例宫颈癌患者为研究组,同期体检的 50 例健康体检者为对照组,两组均采集血样测定 CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125 水平,比较两组肿瘤标志物水平及阳性检出情况、研究组不同病理类型患者肿瘤标志物阳性检出情况.结果:研究组 CEA 水平、SCC-Ag 水平、CA125 水平均高于对照组;研究组 CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125 单独检测及联合检测阳性率均高于对照组;研究组鳞癌患者 CEA 阳性检出率低于腺癌患者,SCC-Ag 阳性率高于腺癌患者,上述差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组 CA125、联合检测阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125 检测在宫颈癌诊断中各有优势,联合检测能够规避单一标志物检测存在的局限性,提高整体诊断效能,且能够指导临床上鉴别不同类型的宫颈癌.
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag),and carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125)levels in cervical cancer.Method:A total of 40 cervical cancer patients admitted to Xunxian People's Hospital between January 2022 and August 2025 were selected as study group,50 healthy individuals during the same period were selected as a control group.Blood samples were collected from both groups to measure CEA,SCC-Ag,and CA125 levels.The levels of these tumor markers and their positive detection rates were compared between the two groups,as well as the positive detection rates among different pathological types in the study group.Result:The levels of CEA,SCC-Ag,and CA125 in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The positive rates of CEA,SCC-Ag,and CA125 alone or in combination were higher in the study group than in the control group.In the study group,the positive detection rate of CEA in squamous cell carcinoma patients was lower than that in adenocarcinoma patients,while the positive rate of SCC-Ag was higher than that in adenocarcinoma patients,all the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in the positive detection rates of CA125 and combined detection between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:CEA,SCC-Ag,and CA125 detection each have advantages in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Combined detection can overcome the limitations of single-marker testing,improve overall diagnostic efficiency,and guide the clinical differentiation of different types of cervical cancer.
