探讨胱抑素C(CysC)与尿微量白蛋白(U-mALB)联合检测对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断价值OA

Objective:To explore the practical utility and importance of cystatin C(CysC)and urinary microalbumin(U-mALB)combined detection in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Method:50 healthy subjects were selected who were admitted to Longyan First Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 and did not have diabetic nephropathy as group Ⅰ,50 diabetic patients without kidney disease as group Ⅱ,and 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy as group Ⅲ.For these three groups of samples,the special detection of cystatin C and urinary microalbumin was carried out to obtain the corresponding data results.Result:After detection and analysis,it was found that the concentrations of U-mALB and CysC in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.Further observation of the positive rate of U-mAlb and CysC showed that the rate gradually increased between group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with diabetic nephropathy,it is concluded that the detection of CysC and U-mALB has high clinical value.These two indicators are sensitive indicators for early diagnosis of kidney injury,and help doctors to intervene and treat in the early stage.In the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,early detection of CysC and U-mALB has certain practical significance for its diagnosis and treatment.
