腰椎小关节紊乱症的中医治疗进展OA

Lumbar facet joint disorder(LFJD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in orthopedics.Its main clinical manifestations are low back pain and limited movement.If the disease is not treated in a timely and effective manner after onset,it is likely to eventually lead to chronic low back pain.In severe cases,it can have varying degrees of negative impacts on the patient's daily life and work.Western medicine treats LFJD with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers,local block injections or physical therapy,etc.Although they can relieve symptoms to a certain extent and improve the patient's condition,they often only address the symptoms but not the root cause,and have gastrointestinal and other adverse reactions.The treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine include manual manipulation,acupuncture,and needle-knife therapy,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating LFJD and is widely used in clinical practice.This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for LFJD,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of LFJD.
