助产士助产护理技术对产妇分娩质量的影响分析OA

Objective:To analyze the effect of midwifery nursing technical intervention for parturients.Method:A total of 100 parturients who underwent vaginal delivery trial labor at the People's Hospital of Youyang County,Chongqing City from May 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research samples.They were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,with 50 cases in each group.The intervention method for the observation group was midwifery nursing techniques,while that for the control group was conventional midwifery nursing techniques.The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor,the rate of episiotomy,the amount of bleeding 2 hours postpartum,and the amount of bleeding 24 hours postpartum were compared between the two groups.Result:The duration of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The episiotomy rate of the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 12.00%of the control group.The amount of bleeding 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of midwifery nursing techniques for parturients has a significant effect.It can not only shorten the duration of labor for parturients,but also reduce the rate of episiotomy and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
