乙型肝炎肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血硬化治疗后1年内再出血危险因素分析OA

Objective:To study the risk factors of rebleeding within one year after endoscopic sclerotherapy in patients with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB)due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.Method:Clinical data of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.They were divided into the rebleeding group(60 cases)and the non-bleeding group(65 cases)based on whether there was rebleeding within one year after the operation.Statistical analysis was conducted on the conditions of the two groups.Result:Oral non-selective beta-blockers(NSBB),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),and the degree of varicose veins were all risk factors for rebleeding(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that TBIL and PT were independent risk factors for rebleeding after sclerotherapy.Conclusion:Taking non-selective beta-blockers can effectively reduce the rebleeding rate.TBIL,ALB,PT,INR and the degree of varicose veins are risk factors for rebleeding in patients with EGVB after endoscopic treatment.TBIL and PT are independent risk factors for rebleeding.
