基于医养结合的养老社区适老化景观功能性设计研究OA
Research on Functional Design of Age-Friendly Landscape in Elderly Care Community based on Integration of Medical and Elderly Care
当前不少养老社区景观仍偏重形式营造,难以有效支撑医养服务运行与老年人真实使用需求.立足医养结合养老社区的空间特征,围绕老年群体身心特性、服务流程与日常行为,系统梳理适老化景观在功能承载中的关键问题,并从功能分区、通行组织、康复支持、认知友好及文化关怀等方面提出针对性设计思路,旨在为养老社区景观从"可看"走向"可用、好用"的转型升级提供参考.
Currently,many elderly care communities still prioritize formal landscape design,which fails to effectively support the operation of medical and elderly care services or meet the actual needs of senior residents.Based on the spatial characteristics of integrated medical and elderly care communities,this study systematically addresses key issues in age-friendly landscape design from the perspectives of the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,service processes,and daily behaviors.It proposes targeted design approaches in functional zoning,circulation organization,rehabilitation support,cognitive friendliness,and cultural care,the aim is to provide a reference for the transformation of the landscape of elderly care communities from"viewable"to"usable and convenient".
