胡同文化背景下居住空间改造的设计思想研究OA

Confronted with the dual challenges of preserving traditional living spaces and urban development during rapid urbanization,hutongs―key cultural carriers of Beijing's historical legacy―require renovation that balances cultural continuity with modern living needs.This study explores design philosophies for residential space transformation within the hutong cultural context,focusing on Beijing's Siheyuan courtyard houses and the Juer Hutong New Siheyuan Renovation Project.It analyzes how regional culture is integrated during the renovation process to achieve organic unity between functional optimization and cultural preservation.Through case studies,the research identifies universal design principles and methodologies,providing valuable references for future hutong residential space renovations and regional cultural inheritance,thereby sustaining the vitality of traditional hutong culture in modern urban development.
