目的 探讨重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士临床领导力的潜在类别及其影响因素.方法 选取2024年5月至6月河南省5家医院的400名ICU护士进行问卷调查,使用 Mplus 8.3、SPSS 26.0软件进行数据分析.结果 ICU护士临床领导力分为3个类别:低领导力-低感召力组(7.5%)、中等领导力组(41.8%)和高领导力-高影响力组(50.7%).性别、文化程度、带教经验及领导力课程参与情况是影响护士临床领导力类别的重要因素(P<0.05).结论 ICU护士临床领导力存在群体异质性,护理管理者应依据不同潜在类别特征,实施个性化干预策略,有效提升其领导力水平.

Objective To explore the latent profiles of clinical leadership among intensive care unit(ICU)nurses and their influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 ICU nurses from five hospitals in Henan Province between May and June 2024.Data were analyzed using Mplus 8.3 and SPSS 26.0 software.Results The clinical leadership of ICU nurses was categorized into three distinct latent profiles:Low leadership-low charisma group(7.5%),moderate leadership group(41.8%),and high leadership-high influence group(50.7%).The profile membership of ICU nurses'clinical leadership was significantly affected by gender,educational attainment,teaching experience,and whether they had attended leadership courses(P<0.05).Conclusion There is heterogeneity in clinical leadership among ICU nurses.Nursing managers should implement interventions customized based on profile characteristics to effectively enhance leadership levels.
