口服吗啡相关研究的文献计量分析:现状、热点与展望OA

Objective To conduct a visual analysis of the current status,research hotspots,and prospects in oral morphine studies using bibliometric analysis methods.Methods Articles related to oral morphine were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database from its inception to 5 December 2025.Systematic analysis of publication volume,countries,institutions,authors,journals,and keywords was conducted using VOSviewer(version 1.6.20)and CiteSpace(version 6.4.R1)software.Results A total of 1739 articles relevant to the field of oral morphine research were included.Findings indicate a sustained global growth trend in oral morphine research,with the United States leading in both publication volume and citation frequency.Research hotspots primarily focus on pharmacokinetic mechanism analysis,standardised cancer pain management,postoperative multimodal analgesic strategies,and addiction studies.Conclusion As a cornerstone of classical opioid analgesics,oral morphine has long attracted extensive international scholarly attention.Although China has achieved substantial research output in this field,there remains scope for improvement in producing high-impact outcomes(such as highly cited papers)that lead international frontiers,as well as in establishing deep,close international collaborative networks.Future research and practice should focus on actively expanding and deepening international collaboration to integrate into global innovation networks.Concurrently,efforts should continue to advance the deep integration of fundamental pharmacological exploration with real-world evidence,bridging the translational gap between mechanism discovery and clinical application.This will ultimately propel pain diagnosis and treatment towards precision and individualisation.
