大豆田刺黄花棯种子的休眠解除及萌发特性研究OA
Study on dormancy release and germination characteristics of Sida spinosa seeds in soybean fields
前期调研发现外来入侵杂草刺黄花棯Sida spinosa L.已入侵江苏部分地区大豆田,并具有潜在的扩张趋势.为探究刺黄花捻种子的生物学特性,采用培养皿法和盆钵法进行种子休眠解除和不同环境因子(温度、光周期、酸碱度、水势、盐分和播种深度)对种子萌发和出苗影响的研究.结果表明:刺黄花捻种子存在休眠现象,室温干储60 d后浓硫酸浸泡可解除种子休眠.种子在20~40℃均可萌发,但适宜萌发温度为25~30℃;不同的光周期与酸碱度对种子萌发没有显著影响;对干旱胁迫与盐胁迫均具有一定的适应能力,最适萌发的水势和盐分范围分别为-0.3~0 MPa与0~80 mmol/L,在-0.6 MPa与160 mmol/L时种子萌发受到严重抑制;表土层的种子出苗率最高,在0~1 cm间均能正常出苗,但当深度大于2 cm后难以出苗.综上所述,刺黄花捻种子对环境条件适应性较强,具有在大豆田入侵危害的潜力.
Previous investigation have shown that the invasive alien weed Sida spinosa L.has invaded soybean fields in parts of Jiangsu and shows a potential expansion trend.To explore the biological characteristics of S.spinosa seeds,Petri dish and pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different environmental factors(temperature,photoperiod,pH,water potential,salinity,and depth of seeding)on seed germination and seedling emergence.The results showed that S.spinosa seeds exhibit dormancy,which can be effectively broken by soaking in concentrated sulfuric acid after dry storage at room temperature for 60 d.Seeds could germinate at temperatures ranging from 20 to 40℃,with optimal germination at 25-30 ℃.Different photoperiods and pH values had no significant effects on seed germination.The seeds also showed a certain tolerance to drought and salt stress,with optimal germination ranges of-0.3 to 0 MPa(water potential)and 0 to 80 mmol/L(salinity),respectively.Seed germination was severely inhibited at-0.6 MPa and 160 mmol/L.The highest seedling emergence rate was observed at the soil surface,and normal emergence was observed at soil depths of 0-1 cm,whereas emergence was difficult when burial depth exceeded 2 cm.These results indicate that S.spinosa seeds have strong adaptability to environmental conditions and possess the potential to invade soybean fields.
