为筛选防治苹果树腐烂病的有效药剂,并为药剂筛选提供科学方法,本研究采用离体枝条皮层接种及敲击破坏枝干皮层以诱发病斑的方法,评估了不同杀菌剂在保护剪锯口,阻断腐烂病菌腐生定殖,以及铲除剪锯口木质部和枝干表层组织内已定殖病菌的效果.结果表明,吡唑醚菌酯、甲基硫菌灵、戊唑醇和波尔多液4种杀菌剂对剪锯口具有良好的保护作用,可有效阻止腐烂病菌在木质部的腐生定殖,保护效果均在80%以上,持效期超过20 d.甲基硫菌灵对木质部内已定殖的腐烂病菌具有一定铲除作用,但铲除率低于60%.吡唑醚菌酯和甲基硫菌灵对枝干表层新近定殖的病菌表现出较强的铲除能力,校正铲除率均超过90%.然而,在所测试的6种杀菌剂中,未发现对枝干表层及伤口死组织中越冬病菌具有明显铲除效果的药剂.综上所述,在腐烂病菌腐生定殖发生前或初期施用杀菌剂,可有效阻断其腐生定殖;然而一旦病菌深入组织内部定殖,杀菌剂的铲除效果则十分有限.本研究结果为苹果树腐烂病的防控提供了有效的药剂选择及筛选方法.

To screen effective fungicides for controlling apple Valsa canker and to establish a scientific method for fungicide evaluation,this study employed in vitro inoculation of apple branch cortex and a wound-induction method by knocking to damage the bark in order to induce lesions.The efficacy of different fungicides in protecting pruning wounds,blocking saprophytic colonization of Valsa mali,and eradicating pathogens that had already colonized the xylem of pruning wounds and surface tissues of branches was evaluated.The results showed that four fungicides,pyraclostrobin,thiophanate-methyl,tebuconazole,and Bordeaux mixture,exhibited good protective effects on pruning wounds and effectively prevented saprophytic colonization of V.mali in the xylem.The protection efficacy of these fungicides was all above 80%,with a persistence period exceeding 20 days.Thiophanate-methyl demonstrated a certain eradication effect on pathogens that had colonized the xylem,but the eradication rate was lower than 60%.Pyraclostrobin and thiophanate-methyl exhibited strong eradication ability against newly colonized pathogens on the branch surface,with corrected eradication rates above 90%.However,among the six fungicides tested,none showed a significant eradication effect on overwintering pathogens in dead tissues on the branch surface or in wound tissues.In summary,the application of fungicides before or at the early stage of saprophytic colonization can effectively block pathogen colonization.Once the pathogen colonizes deeper tissues,however,the eradication efficacy of fungicides becomes very limited.These findings provide effective fungicide options and screening methods for the management of apple Valsa canker.
