Advances in postharvest diseases of tropical fruits in China
采后病害是热带水果在采后、流通及消费环节损失的主要原因.本文对中国热带水果采后病害的病原菌潜伏侵染机制、主要病害种类和防治技术等进行了综述,旨在为热带水果采后病害防控提供坚实的理论依据与有效的实践指导,支撑热带水果产业可持续发展.
Postharvest diseases are the primary cause of losses in tropical fruits during postharvest handling,distribution and consumption.This paper reviews the latent infection mechanism of pathogenic fungi,the major types of postharvest diseases,and the control technologies of tropical fruits in China.The aim is to provide a solid theoretical basis and effective practical guidance for the management of postharvest diseases of tropical fruits,thereby supporting the sustainable development of the tropical fruit industry.
