Parameter Optimization of TMD Vibration-reducing Track Based on Random Walk Algorithm

轨道结构参数对轨道的减振性能有重要影响.为了选取调谐质量阻尼器(Tuned Mass Damper,TMD)轨道结构的最佳参数,建立车辆-轨道动力相互作用模型与隧道-大地有限元模型,预测隧道壁的振动响应;采用随机游走法(Random Walk),以隧道壁的振动加速度总值作为目标函数,对TMD的宽度、厚度、TMD板下刚度、阻尼以及道床板下刚度进行分析,在工程许可的范围内开展参数全局优化,使目标函数最小,从而得到最佳轨道结构参数.结果表明:当列车时速为160 km、道床板下为橡胶垫板时,TMD减振轨道的隧道壁振动总值相比于普通浮置板轨道下降3.3 dB;当道床板下为橡胶弹簧时,TMD减振轨道的隧道壁振动总值相比于普通浮置板轨道下降4.1 dB;并且相比于普通浮置板轨道,TMD减振轨道道床板的垂向振动响应在主板固有频率处产生分叉现象,形成两个波峰,分叉后,峰值变小,使得道床板在16 Hz附近频段内的共振都被明显抑制.由此得出结论,优化后的TMD减振轨道相比普通浮置板轨道具有3~4 dB的减振效果,并且在低频处能有效抑制共振.

The track structure parameters have a significant impact on the vibration reduction performance of the track.In order to select the optimal parameters for the Tuned Mass Damper(TMD)track structure,a vehicle-track dynamic interaction model and a tunnel-ground coupled finite element model were establishes to predict the vibration response of the tunnel wall.Using the random walk method,with the total vibration acceleration of the tunnel wall as the objective function,the width,thickness,stiffness beneath the TMD plate,damping,and the stiffness beneath the track slab were analyzed,and their parameter global optimization was performed within the engineering permissible range to minimize the objective function,so that the optimal track structure parameters were obtained.The results show that when the train speed is 160 km/h and the track slab is supported by rubber mats,the total vibration of the tunnel wall of the TMD vibration-reducing track is reduced by 3.3 dB compared to a conventional floating slab track;when the track slab is supported by rubber springs,the total vibration of the tunnel wall is reduced by 4.1 dB.Moreover,compared with the conventional floating slab track,the TMD vibration-reducing track experiences bifurcation at the natural frequency of the track slab with two peaks formed.After the bifurcation,the peak values decrease,which significantly suppresses the resonance of the track slab in the frequency range around 16 Hz.It is concluded that the optimized TMD vibration-reducing track offers a 3-4 dB vibration reduction compared to the conventional floating slab track and can effectively suppresses the resonance at low frequencies.
