为系统研究宽域空隙率下沥青混合料的空隙与骨架结构特性,本研究基于逐级填充理论改进了主骨架空隙体积填充法,形成了一套基于空隙率的骨架型沥青混合料设计方法.通过该法,制备了空隙率分别为4%、11%、14%和18%的试件,定量分析空隙结构,同时引入复杂网络理论对骨架结构进行表征.研究结果表明:试件内部二维空隙率沿高度呈两端高、中间低的分布,平均空隙半径与配位数变化趋势与之基本一致;混合料渗透系数随空隙率增大呈指数级上升;在细观骨架结构方面,骨料度分布均匀,结构整体性良好;但随着空隙率提高,骨架网络的节点度和聚类系数均逐渐增大,而最短路径长度则先减小后增大,说明过大的空隙率会削弱骨架整体性;空隙率显著影响混合料的空隙结构与骨架连接特性,本研究可为沥青混合料的设计提供依据.

To systematically investigate the void and skeleton structural characteristics of asphalt mixtures across a wide range of void ratios,the main skeleton void filling method was improved based on the gradual packing theory,and a void ratio-based design method for skeleton-type asphalt mixtures was established.Using this method,specimens with four void ratios,i.e.,4%,11%,14%,and 18%were prepared.The void structure was quantitatively analyzed,and complex network theory was introduced to characterize the skeleton structure.The results indicate that the two-dimensional void ratio within the specimens exhibits a distribution pattern of higher values at the top and bottom and lower values in the middle along the height direction,and the average void radius and coordination number show a consistent trend.The permeability of the mixture increases exponentially with increase of the void ratio.In terms of mesoscopic skeleton structure,the aggregate degree distribution is uniform,indicating good structural integrity.However,as the void ratio increases,both the particle node degree and clustering coefficient of the skeleton network gradually increase,while the shortest path length first decreases and then increases,which suggests that excessively high void ratios can weaken the overall integrity of the skeleton.The void ratio significantly influences the void structure and skeleton connection characteristics of the mixture,providing an basis for the design of asphalt mixtures.
