CAE在生物医疗领域中的分析与仿真应用研究进展OA
Research progress on analysis and simulation applications of CAE in biomedical field
随着信息技术的快速发展,计算机辅助工程(CAE)凭借高精度有限元建模、多物理场耦合仿真及定量应力应变分析优势,已突破传统生物力学实验局限,在生物医疗领域的应用不断深化.本文系统综述了CAE在骨科、口腔科、内科以及医疗器械中的关键技术,包括有限元建模、受力分析与仿真、应力分布规律研究等.在骨科中,CAE可量化研究脊柱、关节、骨盆、足部等结构的生物力学特性并分析疾病状态下的应力应变分布;在口腔科中可借助CAE优化最佳正畸力;在内科中可利用CAE研究心脑血管系统血流动力学特性并优化治疗方案;在医疗器械的开发中,CAE已用于植入器械等关键环节设计.未来研究将人工智能(AI)和机器学习(ML)技术融入CAE工作流的全环节,为个性化模型构建与精准医疗落地提供核心技术支撑.
With the rapid advancement of information technology,computer-aided engineering(CAE),leveraging its advantages in high-precision finite element modeling,multi-physics coupling simulation,and quantitative stress-strain analysis,has broken through the limitations of traditional biomechanical experiments and seen increasingly in-depth applications in the biomedical field.In the paper,the key technologies of CAE,including finite element modeling,force analysis and simulation,and stress distribution pattern research in the fields of orthopedics,stomatology,internal medicine,and medical device development,were systematically reviewed.In orthopedics,CAE can quantitatively study the biomechanical properties of structures such as spine,joints,pelvis and feet,and analyze the stress-strain distribution under pathological conditions;in stomatology,CAE can be used to optimize the optimal orthodontic force;in internal medicine,CAE can be utilized to study hemodynamic characteristics of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and to optimize treatment plans;in medical device development,CAE has been applied to the design of critical components,such as implantable devices.Future research will integrate artificial intelligence(AI)and machine learning(ML)technologies into the entire workflow of CAE,providing core technical support for the construction of personalized models and the implementation of precision medicine.
