许家栋运用桑白皮类方治疗气虚饮逆型慢性咳嗽经验OA

[Objective]To explore the diagnosis and treatment thoughts and clinical value of Professor XU Jiadong in treating chronic cough with Mori Cortex prescriptions,based on the pathogenesis theory of"Qi deficiency and fluid retention".[Methods]By systematically combing the nature and flavor of Mori Cortex in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica and ancient classics,combined with clinical medical cases and experience in prescription modification,the pathogenesis and treatment system and medication rules of Professor XU in treating chronic cough with Mori Cortex prescriptions were analyzed.[Results]Professor XU concludes that the nature and taste of Mori Cortex are slightly sour,sweet,cold and slightly pungent and bitter,its efficacy is to tonify deficiency,benefit Qi,clear and transform phlegm and fluid retention.The Mori Cortex prescriptions can be used to treat chronic cough of Jueyin syndrome or the combined disease of Taiyin-Yangming syndrome.The main pathogenesis is"Qi deficiency,fluid retention,accompanied by intermingling cold and heat,as well as the adhesion of water and fire".The attached cases one and two were identified as Taiyin-Yangming disease,and the case three was identified as Jueyin disease,the treatments were to nourish deficiency and clear heat,reduce adverse Qi and transform fluid,and Shenghui Xixin Powder,Tingli Dazao Sangpi Decoction and Jinxiao Sangpi Baiqian Decoction were administered respectively,obtaining good therapeutic effects.[Conclusion]Professor XU utilizes Mori Cortex prescriptions,to balance reinforcing and reducing actions,and to harmonize cold and heat,providing a new approach for treating chronic cough of"Qi deficiency and fluid retention".His diagnostic and therapeutic approach,which integrates the ancient understanding of the properties of medicinal substances with modern disease and syndrome differentiation,is worthy of promotion.
