不同霜冻胁迫时间下霜桑叶品质的变化OA

Changes in the quality of frost mulberry leaf under different frost stress periods

为研究霜冻胁迫对霜桑叶品质的影响,本研究以 8 个桑树品种为材料,系统分析了不同霜冻胁迫时间(6、12、18、24 d)下桑叶7 个关键指标(含水量、脂肪含量、黄酮含量、总酚含量、纤维含量、单宁含量、蛋白质含量)的动态变化规律.结果表明,多数指标(脂肪含量、含水量)在短期胁迫(6 d,5℃)时达到峰值.通过 Pearson 相关分析发现,各品质指标间存在显著(p<0.05)相关性.基于主成分分析,得到脂肪含量、总酚含量、黄酮含量、纤维含量及蛋白质含量5 个关键指标.综合评价显示,镜泊桑在霜冻胁迫6d(5℃)时综合得分最高,荆桑在霜冻胁迫24 d(0℃)时次之,寒杂桑、吴堡桑与丰驰2 号在短期胁迫下品质相当,分别位列第3、4、5 名.本研究为桑树抗寒育种及霜桑叶精准采收提供理论支撑.

To investigate the impact of frost stress on the quality of frost mulberry leaves,this study systematically in-vestigated the dynamic changes of seven key quality indicators(moisture content,fat content,flavonoids content,to-tal phenols content,fiber content,tannin content and protein content)in mulberry leaves under different frost stress periods(6,12,18,and 24 d)using eight mulberry varieties.The results showed that most quality indicators(fat and moisture content)peaked under short-term stress(6 d,5℃).Pearson correlation analysis revealed significant(p<0.05)correlations among these indicators.Based on principal component analysis,five key indicators,fat con-tent,total phenols content,flavonoids content,fiber content,and protein content,were proposed.The comprehen-sive evaluation revealed that Jingbo mulberry achieved the highest score under6-day(5℃)frost stress,followed by Jing mulberry under 24-day(0℃)frost stress.Hanza mulberry,Wubao mulberry,and Fengchi2 exhibited compa-rable quality under short-term stress,ranking third,fourth and fifth,respectively.This study provides theoretical support for frost-resistant mulberry breeding and the precise harvesting of frost mulberry leaf.
