基于神经-内分泌-免疫网络探讨针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征的作用机制OA
Action Mechanism Exploration of Acupuncture in Treating Fibromyalgia Syndrome Based on Neuro-Endocrine-Immune Network
纤维肌痛综合征患病率高且严重影响患者的生活质量.针刺治疗该病疗效确切,可有效缓解患者疼痛并改善情绪障碍与躯体症状.研究表明,针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征与其能够有效调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络密切相关.本研究通过从针刺抑制小胶质细胞活化、调控脑源性神经营养因子表达与抗外周小纤维神经病变,调控下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴及调节细胞因子、炎性信号通路与肠道菌群等方面综述针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征的调节机制,以期为针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征的机制和临床研究提供科学依据.
Fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS)has a high prevalence and seriously affects patients' quality of life.Acupuncture has been shown to be an effective treatment for FMS,significantly relieving pain and improving emotional disorders and somatic symptoms.Research indicates that the therapeutic effects of acupuncture in FMS are closely related to its regulation of the neuroendocrineimmune network.This study summarizes the modulatory mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FMS,including inhibition of microglial activation,regulation of brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)expression,protection against peripheral small fiber neuropathy,modulation of the hypothalamicpituitaryadrenal(HPA)axis,and regulation of cytokines,inflammatory signaling pathways,and gut microbiota.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FMS and to guide future clinical research.
