基于"精-气-神"三位一体探讨庄礼兴"调神针法"治疗特发性耳鸣的经验OA

Idiopathic tinnitus is a common disorder of auditory neural function,and there is currently no specific highly effective treatment.Professor ZHUANG Lixing believes that the pathogenesis of tinnitus is inseparable from dysfunction of essence(Jing),Qi,and Shen,which leads to disorder of Zang-Fu organs,malnourishment of the ear orifices,or pathogenic disturbance of the ear orifices.Since Shen is considered the most critical factor throughout the onset,progression,and prognosis of this disorder,professor ZHUANG takes Tiaoshen(regulating Shen)as the core therapeutic principle,aiming to tonify essence,promote Qi movement,regulate Shen,and open the orifices.The treatment employs four Shen needling to unblock Du meridian and nourish marrow,auricular three needling to promote Qi circulation and restore the opening and closing function of the ear orifices;Taichong(LR3)and Hegu(LI4)are applied to regulate Qi,activate blood,and relieve depression,and Yintang(EX-HN3),Shenmen(HT7),and Neiguan(PC6)are used to calm Shen and stabilize emotions.Through the synergistic action of multiple acupoints,this approach regulates Shen to govern essence and guides Qi through Shen,thereby enabling essence,Qi,and Shen to each remain in their proper state,Zang-Fu organs to perform their respective functions,and ear orifices to remain unobstructed.This therapy can effectively improve tinnitus symptoms and alleviate patients'psychological and emotional distress,providing a new perspective and therapeutic approach for the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus.
